AERMOR is seeking a qualified candidate to carry out a range of programming and software-related functions linked to the upgrade, conversion and modernization of existing custom applications.


This is a hybrid position, candidates must be willing to travel onsite to Virginia Beach, VA.


Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Provide technical solutions for a variety of issues pertaining to task order requirements. 
  • Deliver innovative, comprehensive, and viable solutions that are consistent with organization objectives.
  • Supports the analysis, design, and maintenance of complex software systems, including client/server architectures, databases, programming languages, operating systems, networking techniques, and computer simulation.
  • Design, develop and maintain new features of the standalone .NET WPF (C#) application, hosted on DoD classified and unclassified networks.
  • Provide support to cover all areas of the software development lifecycle to include the development of platforms and features across multiple subsystems, collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, training, deployment, operations, and sustainment support
  • Analyze information and user requirements, design and debug software, document software, software testing, problem-solving, requirements collection, stakeholder collaboration, user support, and system maintenance.


Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
 
  • High School Diploma with at least 20 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the following: .NET CORE, C#, and some familiarity with relational databases and Entity Framework.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
